Now that we have figured out how to use this espresso machine, we are really enjoying it and prefer it to the machine we are replacing it with. However, the instructions for use that accompany the machine are hopelessly inadequate and there are no instructional videos available either on Ultima Cosa's website or on Youtube. When two university-educated people can't figure out the instructions, something is wrong!

What I really wish is the machine might be a little taller to fit glasses underneath it, I haven't found anything besides a shot glass (which isn't big enough to hold all the espresso). The steam wand doesn't steam it just shoots out hot water even after clearing the nozzle. Other than that it brews an okay espresso but I would have gone with something simpler if I only wanted the espresso.
