Sugar Cookie Latte


  • Double shot espresso
  • 200ml 3.25% whole milk
  • Crushed biscuits for topping
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flavored simple syrup


  1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
  2. Mix in vanilla extract and flavored simple syrup.
  3. Crush biscuits and rim the glass with them.
  4. Pour the flavored simple syrup to the glass
  5. Brew a double shot of espresso with Ultima Cosa Presto Bollente Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine and directly into the glass.
  6. Froth the whole milk until creamy.
  7. Pour frothed milk over espresso.
  8. Top with more crushed biscuits.
