Ingredients
- 60g strawberries
- 15-20ml rose syrup
- Half a lime
- 5g black tea
- 200ml soda water
- 250ml hot water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Use the Ultima Cosa Presto Frizzante Soda Maker to make soda water. Brew the black tea with 5g and 250ml of hot water for 5 minutes.
- In a shaker cup, muddle the strawberries and lime together. Add ice cubes, 150ml of the brewed black tea, and rose syrup. Shake well to combine.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the tea mixture until it is about 60% full.
- Top it off with soda water and garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy!
