Free Shipping over $99: We offer free ground shipping on all online orders over $99 within the continental U.S. and Canada. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after they are placed.   

Shipping Areas: We ship only to addresses within the continental U.S. and Canada. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless they are linked to a street address. A street address is required by our shipping couriers to process your order.   

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number in 2-3 business day. To track your package, please visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number provided.   

Product Condition: All products are shipped in unopened boxes directly from our manufacturer to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@ultimacosa.com for assistance.
