Return Policy Details

Steps for Return:

  1. Initiate the Return:
    Send an email to contact@ultimacosa.com with images of the issue. If the product is unopened, include an image of the product in its original condition.
  2. Return Approval and Shipping:
    Once your return request is confirmed and approved by Ultima Cosa, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided by us. Please note that the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  3. Inspection and Refund:
    Within 30 Days of Purchase:
    If the return is within 30 days of purchase and the product, along with its packaging, is undamaged, we will issue a full refund.
    After 30 Days and Before 60 Days of Purchase: For returns made between 30 days to 60 days of purchase, once we confirm that the product is in good condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Information:

  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • The refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take a few days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchange Policy Details

Steps:

1. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to contact@ultimacosa.com

2. Once we confirm and approve the exchange, customer will have to ship it back to the address provided by Ultima Cosa with customer’s own expense.

3. After the inspection of the package, we will ship the exchanged unit under Ultima Cosa’s expense.
If return, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.

4. For missing or damaged part, we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP.

Do note that the risk of loss of any returns are borne by the consumer once the product to be returned has been passed to the courier. You are responsible that your returns are properly packed and shipped back to us.

Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility.

All returns and refunds decisions by Ultima Cosa shall be final.

* If you purchased your product through a licensed third-party vendor, please contact their representative directly.

* If you are unable to reach out to them, please contact our customer service department at contact@ultimacosa.com

* Licensed third-party vendors can carry their own policies which can alter the length of the warranty for the product purchased will extend to.

* If a product is purchased through a licensed third-party vendor, the warranty on the product will consist of the policies offered by the seller of the product. Ultima Cosa cannot extend the warranty that would come with your purchase.
