Overall I am trying to love the machine. I have not had an expresso maker in 10 years and I am having some issues dialing in the machine. On default settings way too much expresso is being drawn, somewhere around 70 ml making the shot way over extracted. I cam manually stop the machine but so far I cannot get the Ultima Corsa to default what I want. I will try setting it again when I have a few minutes to review the instructions.

But on a side note the frother works great.

The grinder is okay but can be messy, it would have nice if a dosing cup was provided in the packaging.

I also found that 18gm of coffee is expanding and touching the group head, so I bought a screen hopefully that will relieve that problem.

Overall for the money I am happy with the unit. A little time and a few accessories and I think it will serve me well.

Espresso machine not working (No response from customer service)

I sent out the issue to the customer service by email (printed in the user manual) since Dec.26, 2024. Today Jan.02, 2025, no response yet. All the brewing coffee lights are not on. No coffee can be made.

Problème après 16 mois les boutons digitale de droit ne s'allume plus n peut seulement se servir du grinder pour mouiller et on a sorti notre veille machine "Living Basics"

Love the Espresso machine with grinder. Still playing around with it to get the right coffees with it but overall great. Worth the money spent!!
