What is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product.

Warranty details

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. This warranty covers new parts or replacement of the unit at the manufacturer’s discretion. Hence, there will be no additional service cost during this 12 months period.

Warranty Claims

To obtain any warranty parts the customer must have the receipt or order email to provide as proof of purchase. Please send all warranty requests to contact@ultimacosa.com. All requests will be answered within 3 business days.
