Ice Rose Latte


  • 1 tsp Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Sauce
  • 180mL Milk
  • Double shot espresso
  • Ice Rose (frozen Milk)
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Freeze the milk with a mold.
  2. Make a double shot of espresso using the Ultima Cosa Presto Bollente Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine.
  3. Fill a glass with caramel syrup and ice cubes.
  4. Mix the Strawberry Sauce and milk in a milk frother pitcher.
  5. Froth the milk until creamy.
  6. Gently pour the frothed milk over the ice cubes.
  7. Add the double shot of espresso.
  8. Place the frozen milk in the glass.
  9. Indulge in the warmth and flavor of Valentine's, captured in a mug.
