This limited warranty is meticulously designed to cover any defects in materials and workmanship of Ultima Cosa products under normal residential use. Our commitment is to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability for our customers.

Ultima Cosa unequivocally guarantees that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original invoice.

Ultima Cosa requests that the consumer contact Ultima Cosa Consumer Support for further instructions on the warranty claim process to address the warranty claim, or to otherwise address any steps to repair and/or replace the product or part.

During this warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide available replacement parts for any damaged components. if the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for "replacement or service" under the warranty, or replace the unit if it cannot be repaired

Please note that this warranty is valid only if the product is not opened or tampered with by anyone other than authorized Ultima Cosa service personnel. Opening the machine without our explicit permission will void this warranty. We strongly advise against attempting any self-repair or modification, as this could compromise the safety and functionality of the product. Coverage Area
This warranty policy is valid only for customers residing in the continental United States and Canada. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories.

Wear and Tear
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, which refers to the gradual degradation or deterioration of the product as a result of regular usage. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• The fading of colors due to sunlight exposure

Accidental Damages
